If you bought Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie or other Lenny & Larry’s Baked Goods Products at a retail establishment or online any time up to March 19, 2019, you could receive money or products from this Settlement. To receive payment, you must submit a claim form online through this website no later than 11:59 PST on January 29, 2019. You can also mail in your Claim Form, postmarked no later than January 29, 2019.
If your Claim Form is not timely submitted by the January 29, 2019 deadline, it will be deemed null, void, and ineffective. You may make only one claim, and only one claim is allowed per household.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and you make a valid claim, Lenny & Larry’s will give you money or product as follows:
If you have a proof of purchase for Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie or any other Lenny & Larry’s baked goods product from any time up to March 19, 2019, you may choose a cash distribution or free Lenny & Larry’s products.
Because Lenny & Larry’s has a record of online purchases made through its website, Lenny & Larry’s will provide customer data for online purchasers to the Claims Administrator. The Claims Administrator may give notice of the Settlement to these online purchasers via their last known email address. Settlement Class Members who purchased Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie or other Lenny & Larry's Baked Goods Products online through its website do not need to submit a proof of purchase.
If you do not have a proof of purchase and did not purchase through Lenny & Larry’s website, but did purchase Lenny & Larry’s The Complete Cookie or any other Lenny & Larry’s baked goods product from any time up to Final Settlement Approval, currently scheduled to be March 19, 2019, you may choose a cash distribution or free Lenny & Larry’s products.
If you have documentation to prove your claim, it should be clear, readable copies of retail receipts, or bank or credit card statements. Originals will not be returned to you.
Before Claim Filing: Please gather all supporting documents needed to prove your purchases, if applicable. You will not be able to save and come back later. Documents should be clear readable copies.
During Claim Filing: Please review the form carefully and fill it out to the best of your ability. You will be able to file for a claim with or without documentation, and select your benefit option.
After Claim Filing: After you finish your Claim, your Claim will be reviewed and processed by the Claim Administrator. You should save all supporting documentation, if applicable. Your Claim may be rejected if any requested information is not provided.
